WILL ‘THE THRILL’ CLARK—

I recently shot Will Clark for KNBR at the City Club in San Francisco.

Will Clark is one the San Francisco Giants beloved players. He had the sweetest swing in baseball when he played. Any Giants fan remembers his clutch hit in game 5 against the Chicago Cubs in 1989 to propel theminto the World Series.

Man, Will is a great guy, no nonsense, hilarious story teller. His stories of Rickie Henderson talking in the third person “ Ricky gonna steal!”, fist fights with Jefferey Leonard in the locker room, to getting drilled by Nolan Ryan kept us in stitches all night.

I shot a ton of cool portraits of him when he was a player. man, my job as a photographer can sure be a lot of fun.
